This is such a mess! Lee ER LJ2Q-PQC was born in 2292BC in China. He died 2199BC in China. He was married to He Shi LJ2Q-PFL. She was deleted by a merge. We have a card printed for the sealing of Lee ER and He Shi but when I went to check, the name was in Chinese Characters, but he turned into Richard Wilhelm 2Z36-7TM born in 1873AD in Germany.

This mistake has caused very much concern. Please research and make the corrections at your earliest convenience. The family wishes to be able to do the work for this couple. Thank you for your kind attention herein.

    Just whom do you believe yourself to be addressing with this request?

    FamilySearch's Family Tree is an open-edit cooperative endeavor, and FamilySearch does not have any employees tasked with working in it, except for some very limited areas (private and read-only profiles). The changes made in the Tree are contributed by other users exactly like you and me. Sometimes, those users are confused, and make incorrect changes. (Hanlon's razor: "Do not attribute to malice anything that can be adequately explained by stupidity.") If you find an error, you can correct it yourself.

    Here are some Help Center articles about undoing incorrect merges in Family Tree:

    @judychan1

    Judy

    I just took a quick 'look' at 李耳 ( LJ2Q-PQG ) ... NOW, a "Deleted" (ie. "Archived") individual/person ...

    'Yes', what a 'Mess' ...

    This will take, some serious "Remedial" wok, to try and address/fix ...

    You will need to give, the Participants, in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, 'Time', to take a look at it.

    This is NOT a QUICK "Fix" ...

    Unfortunately ...

    You will need to be patient, for others to work though the matter, to try to help/assist.

    Again ...

    I know, that this certainly does not help/assist, with the matter at hand; but, I hope, that you can be patient.

    Brett

    ps: OTHERS will try to hep/assist; where, they can.

    .
