Visits to Branches
I have sent e-mails and tried telephoning the Princess Gate Branch London to arrange an appointment to view the Grenada records since last year, but there have been no responses.
Can you advise how appointments are made and is there a new telephone number for the Princess Gate Branch London?

The Wiki page for the Princes Gate location has this notice
Open Hours:
The Family History Centre are being temporarily suspended until further notice.
Stay at home. Stay at safe. Saves life.
I know that my local (in the US) FHC has been closed for over 2 years. Each location must follow local restrictions and guidance of their local church leaders.

Are the records you wish to view also available at a FamilySearch Affiliate Library?
If so, The National Archives Kew is a FamilySearch Affiliate Library, (see https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/about/news/changes-to-the-reading-rooms/ ) so perhaps it would be possible to view the records there, but you should confirm before you go.
https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/about/visit-us/ As far as I can tell, you will need to have a reader's ticket.
The Society of Genealogists in London is also an Affiliate Library, but it is currently closed, although there may be some limited access in the next few months https://www.sog.org.uk/visit-us

The National Archives no longer hold the record. So I guess that means the are no research points in London as Princess Gate is closed.

Are you referring to records that are available via a computer, or those on microfilms?
The microfilms that were held at the National Archives at Kew (whilst FamilySearch was based there) were transferred to the Society of Genealogists' Library - not Princes Gate - after the London FHC moved back to South Kensington. As Maureen states, the SOG Library is currently closed and there will be no access to its FamilySearch microfilm collection for quite some time.
