i am indexing US Wisconsin birth records pre 1907 batch m3g8-r17

i was wondering if you could tell me if these are certificates or charge outs the instructions are not to clear to me

    Certificates. The Project Instructions have examples of this.

    regardless of your answer i still cannot determine if it is a birth certificate if it is it is like no other birth certificate i have ever seen so please can you tell me what it is.

    @valdeenessen1 - These are handwritten birth certificates - written up by rural doctors, midwives, or even family members. See the Project Instructions for examples per @barbaragailsmith1

    These are certificates. The charge outs look quite different. This certificate form seems to be the most common one in this project.
