Completed Temple Records
I typically print our "completed temple records" the day we come back from the Temple. I think it is very confusing that they don't have the name of the Patron, who completed those ordinances, listed on the printout. Maybe they could just add the name in the footer or at the top next to the page number? I think it would help to clarify which family line it is for. I can't even imagine how confusing it must be for multiple family members in the same household. The information is there, as my list comes up with my userid and my husband's is under his, but when they print, you have to manually write the name on there. I figure it could be a really easy fix.
Thank you for all you do.

FYI
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Just in passing ...
Please be, aware; and, advised, that ...
(1) It is, the DECISION, of the User/Patron, who "Prints" a "Temple" Card; as, to whether or not, they include their "Details" (ie. "Name" and "Address"; etc), on the 'Card' - That has NOTHING to do, with ANY "Temple".
And ...
(2) "Technically", a "Temple", DOES NOT know; which, particular Patron, was responsible for, "Undertaking"; and, "Completing" (ie. Acting as "Proxy"), for ANY particular "Ordinance" - so, that said, you can we expect a "Temple" to include such in the records of the "Completed" Work .
As, "Temple" Cards, are often "Handed" around, to Family/Friends/Ward and Stake Members, to do the Work.
Plus ...
We have PREVIOUSLY been advised, that there is NO WAY, to identify, WHO either, "Reserved" the Work; and/or, "Printed" the 'Card(s)'.
So ...
That said ...
Unfortunately ...
I seriously doubt, that there is any way, to identify, WHO was responsible for, "Undertaking"; and, "Completing" (ie. Acting as "Proxy"), for ANY particular "Ordinance".
Just my thoughts.
We can but live in hope ...
[ Maybe, in the future ... ]
I know, that this certainly does not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective.

Thank you for your comments. What I was trying to say, but probably didn't word it too well, was when I print my completed temple ordinances, for example, for Cedar City Temple, many of our youth did baptisms for my husband and I (about 60). It would be nice if at the top of the page, it typed "my name" as they did the work for me. My husband has another stack that they did for him. I just wondered if there was a way to print each of our names at the top of the page. They send the email to me and one to him, stating the work has been completed, so I wondered if there was a way just to include "our" name on the first page. When I print our completed ordinances for the file, sometimes it is confusing which were for me and which were for my husband. I guess because they all sound familiar to both of us, as we often did the sealings, etc.

FYI
O.K., "Right" ...
I am just thinking out aloud here; as, that "Image", has NOT yet "Cleared" the "Image Moderation" Process ...
I believe, that ...
You are referring to, the ACTUAL "Physical" Work, "Completed", at a "Temple", in the "Baptistry" ...
Following a Group "Booking" ...
Question: Is that Correct?
As an aside ...
IF, such is the case; THEN, ...
IF, you received, a "Document", from the actual "Temple", detailing the RECENTLY "Completed" Work, from that Group "Booking", at that "Temple"; THEN I would humbly suggest, that such is a matter, that you should address, with the "Temple Recorder" (and, if needs be, a Member of the "Temple" Presidency); as, such is NOT within the purview of 'FamilySearch' - despite, the fact, that the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch'; and, the "Temple" System, are linked together; as, they are two (x2) separate; and, distinct, Databases.
Good Luck.
Just my thoughts.
I know, that this certainly may not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective; and, another avenue to pursue.
