Cannot see the pages to index.

I have a problem in that that I cannot view the ruler nor do I see the page that I have to index.

I cannot scroll up not down. I have encountered this problem since last week.


Please help!

    Hi @Katica Đulja

    Please post your Batch Code - it's always best to do that when you ask for help. It starts with M and is at the end of your batch name enclosed in square brackets. It looks like [MXXX-XXX].

    But perhaps your browser needs attention/housekeeping. Please let us know if either of these suggestions below helps solve your problem. Thanks.

    (1) Start by clearing FamilySearch cookies. Here is a link to learn how to do that:

    (2) If that doesn't help, you might need to clear all cache and cookies from your browser. Here is a link to learn how to do that:
