What is a transcription error?

Where is "Not a Name" button?

What if a field contains multiple names?

What to do with no-name words within a field containing a name?

What do all of the individual boxes in the color-highlighted field mean? are they necessary?

Can we change the size of the highlighted field or temporarily turn it off to not interfere with reading the names?

@ChuckGarner Thank you for your efforts in reviewing the computer indexed records. Your interest and assistance is vital to this work moving forward and allowing individuals to find and connect their families. Below is a link to instructions and explanations for the computer indexed records. I hope this will answer your questions listed above.

This article does not answer user ChuckGarner's questions. I have the same questions which relate to the Get Involved project to review computer transcription of documents. This is new and different from computer indexing. I am working on Given Names church records in Spain. Please provide the requested information as above in the original post.
