Can you create a "Research note / notice" tab where researchers can leave notes on possible problems with a person data or info to work on later

Also on the opening page after you sign in, there is a To-do List, where you can add things for yourself.

And if you Follow the profile and assign a Label to it, you can then add a private note-to-self.

Can you please add a "research note" tab - so researcher can leave notes for other to continue and note if there is a problem with a person detail. Or a note to come back to it later to continue where there was a problem.

Hi I would like it somewhere at life sketch - a place to leave research notes for others about conflicting information or future research needs to be done (maybe above "research help") - a space to leave a notice for other to help with a certain conflict - or when you have to come back later and have a problem - for others to read and see if they can solve the problem.
I see and have done - place notice of conflicting info into "Life sketch" area as it where people will notice and respond to it
The notes above are notes to keep for record purpose as source information

Just in passing ...
Although, I understand, the desire, to "Leave" (General) "Research Notes", in their own section, towards the TOP, of the "Person/Details" page/screen, of an Individual/person, like the "Life Sketch"; so that, they are NOT overlooked/missed ...
Like many, I am sure ...
I would humbly suggest, that neither, the "Life Sketch"; nor, something similar, towards the TOP, of the "Person/Details" page/screen, of an Individual/person, would be appropriate, for (General) "Research Notes".
As, 'Gordon' has ALREADY proffered, the best; and, the more correct, place to "Leave" (General) "Research Notes", is in the "Collaboration" 'Tab', under, "Notes"; and/or, "Discussions".
And, as has ALSO been proffered, ANOTHER place, to "Leave" any "Research Notes"; specifically, for oneself, is either, the in "To Do" List, on one's "Home"'/"Landing" page/screen; and/or, as a "Label", against those individuals/persons, that one "Follows".
Of course ...
IF, the matter is either, IMPORTANT; and/or, Urgent, that NEEDS to be made apparent, for the attention of OTHER Users/Patrons; THEN, leaving such, in the "Life Sketch", of an Individual/person, may be appropriate.
[ It all depends, upon the circumstance; and, nature, of the matter ... ]
[ As, some Users/Patrons, MAY consider such; as, being, inappropriate; and, summarily "Delete" such ... ]

As has been stated, research notes already have a place, on the Collaborate tab (for public notes) and on one's personal landing page (for private notes).
I always have the Life Sketch section closed, as my hobby is genealogy, not biography, so I don't need or want the Vitals etc. pushed down the page by fluff. I'm sure I am not alone in this, meaning that re-purposing the Life Sketch is not the solution that people think it is.

The request is for General notice (for research help from other) (not private labels and private notes or task)
A problem with a person / conflict that other may read and find possible solutions - a place to post help for other to collaborate on the problem that you notice and others may have a possible answer... (and this is just a suggestion) as this is a live and collaborated tree, help from others are part of what makes FamilySeach.org amazing😍 and find / attaching of sources are awesome😍
yes - Life sketch is not the place for it and collaboration is use for keeping source notes of pass information

Possibly it would be helpful if FamilySearch would change Research Help to Research Hints.
Research notes go here:
On the mobile app, there are Notes fields at the bottom of the Details page. To start a new Note click the "+" in circle button in the lower right corner, above the app menu bar.

A Collaboration Request/Problem Note in Research Help - where FamilySearch provides Record Hints and Data Problem notices - would certainly be an interesting application of this feature. These are hints/notes from FamilySearch and not users. If users created such notices it would be nice to direct them toward Family Groups - I don't know that broadcasting them to the world would be appreciated by everyone. But since - as mentioned - there is a Collaboration tab with notes option - you would essentially be requesting an additional feature that would 'detract' from the current features (yes it might supplement - but it could be looked at either way). I for one am open to changes in the way Collaboration is done - so many times I send a message or add a note and nothing happens - no one responds - that is not collaboration ... So ...
maybe a similar/additional Collaboration Help notification area ...??
It would kinda be redundant - but would call attention to the tab. Or if adopted replace the current Collaboration implementation ...

I posted a screenshot of LBMJ-QRX Daniel Boone because the conflicts around his descendancy are famous. Anyone can Follow that profile to see the collaborative process in action.

Unknown G6X2-PQF - What I talking about is if you wanted to ask all 354 people following to look for something about this unknown person in Lt Col Daniel Boone life. (not from USA, so can make a good example) - but what if you wanted someone to look through data of some library you dont have access to ... or dont have time, someone else may have a little bit of a clue and want to leave it for someone to build on - but its not confirm data and therefor cannot be added anywhere...
It does not fit for me under collaboration as its not a fact of information to be kept. Collaboration is about notes that a part of confirmation of what was done. Look at the information at collaboration - its about what had happened and the confirmation of it - its not a place to say "hey there is a big mess with the data of Boone"
Look at MPQF-6JR - Charel Or Jacob Naude - i dont have time now to figure out if its one person or two - the name suggest it may be two, but the dates link it to L8RC-613 Jacob Naude - I have to move on, but want others working on Naude to catch it quick, when they are looking around and maybe someone will have time to solve it... (a space to leave a comment on possible conflict of information/detail) - using the life sketch is not a good space and in Boon case - you will have a hart attack if someone left a comment about something they want others to double check..
Does not have to be big - part of side panel that can be open or ignore - sure

One DOES NOT, ask a 'Question', of the x354 Users/Patrons, "Following", Daniel BOONE ( LBMJ-QRX ) ...
[ Of which, I am one; as, I am "Related" ... ]
In the FIRST instance, one would simply send a 'Message', through "User Messaging", in 'FamilySearch', to the User/Patron, who created Unknown ( G6X2-PQF ).
And, then, if REALLY needs be, one can send, similar individual 'Messages', to EACH of the x354 Users/Patrons, "Following", Daniel BOONE ( LBMJ-QRX ).
As, one CANNOT send a BULK "E-mail"; as, such has been (and, can be) considered (deemed) to be, "Spam".
Plus ...
IF, one DOES NOT either, have the time; and/or, the access; THEN, one may be able to utilise, the Services, of 'FamilySearch', in regards to help/assistance; but, one MUST be specific, with WHAT one requires; and, WHERE from.
MANY Users/Patrons, may NOT be able to help/assist, due to the same, time; and, access, constraints.

The "Life Sketch", may not be the PERFECT place; but, as I suggest, for some matters, the "Life Sketch", CAN be used, (all-be-it, hopefully, somewhat) judiciously ...

Do not get me wrong ...
I am not totally adverse, to your original suggested enhancement ...
Just cautious; and, consider that having ANOTHER "Section", on the "Person/Details" page/screen (eg, Towards to TOP), would make that page/screen, far too 'Busy'/"Noisy'.
There may be many, Users/Patrons, that would NOT like such; as, there are some (maybe, many) Users/Patrons, who DO NOT even like the "Life Sketch"; as, it is (in-situ) - even NOW ...
Add, such an ADDITIONAL "Section", may really concern (or, even, upset) MANY ...
And, for the vast majority of individuals/persons, in "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', such would be quite unnecessary.
[ Even, if such was somewhat "Hidden" (ie. Minimised); UNLESS, opened, like the "Life Sketch" ... ]
