It states there are 40 lines to be submitted. I finished the page at 31 and now where do I continue to get to 40?

    @Pamela Hackett

    Not sure which batch you are working on, but it seems that it has been set at 40 lines as this number meets the vast majority of this type of record.

    If you get a batch with less lines, go the next blank record, and at the top of the screen on the left hand side and you will see a row of icons or symbols. About halfway along is one that looks like a rubbish bin or trash can. If you pass your cursor over it, the words 'Delete entries' shows at the bottom of the icon. Clicking on this gives you the option to delete either the current entry or all blank entries. Select which is appropriate and click. The number of entries changes to the number you have completed and you will be given the option to submit the batch.

    If you have more than 40 entries, go to the top of the screen, and from that same row of icons select the one before the bin which has a plus sign, and click on it. You will be given the option to choose how many additional records you want and where you want them to be inserted - usually at the end.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Barry

    Required fields that do not have a value associated with them require them to be marked blank in order to be submitted. If all 89 Residence fields are blank, go to the first entry, mark that Residence blank and since marking it blank automatically kicks you down to the next field, go back up to the Residence field, then click this button on the toolbar (5th in from the right). This will make every Residence field blank.

    If however, you have a value other than blank in any of the Residence fields (or any other field in any other project), you'll have to go through the individual entries and mark those that are blank, blank, until you can see in the batch that the last X amount are blank, then you can you can use that handy-dandy button.
