Do we need to index these types of records in the Philippines-Marriage Records.

I can't confirm if these images are actual marriage records. Project directions state to index all records pertaining to marriages. The examples do not give any clues and neither do the instructions. I can assume these are marriages, but you know what they say about assuming. :)

Cant say ive ever done any of these batches before. But seeing the left row are all men, and the right row are all women, i would assume the date at the far right are when those two got married?

I dont know if i would label it NED, because there are actual people in this image, but If it was my batch i would just index it. Though they dont look like the marrage contracts shown in the examples, they could be a list index.
