Suggesting Records to be Digitized
As I have been researching some of my ancestors, I have connected with a church's Historical Archives located in, Wisconsin. Some of their records are not digitized. I wondered who to contact to ask the process of digitizing records. I know there are 300 cameras being operated throughout the world.

The owners of the records need to contact Family Search in Salt Lake. If this was posted in Search you may get a more precise answer since they deal with the Historical Records.

Here's a video from RootsTech 2021 that you could share with the archive in Wisconsin: https://www.familysearch.org/rootstech/rtc2021/session/familysearch-digitization-services-a-partner-you-can-trust

I am not connected with FamilySearch
If the Church Archive in Wisconsin is interested in having its records digitised, it can contact FamilySearch online though the link
which is a contact page for Government, Business, and other Archive entities. There are also links to other pages about Services etc
I have seen elsewhere that FamilySearch has priorities, so a request may, or may not, be met.

As you probably can imagine FamilySearch has a huge list of current and projected projects to digitize. If the organization follows MaureenE123's link they can find out more. We can make no promises as to what can or would be done but wishing your project good luck!
