A solid yellow box appears on my phone instead of the document I am to review

I have downloaded the Get Involved app on my android phone and signed in. When I it find names, it brings up the screen with the Match, edit and Unsure boxes on the bottom and the name I am to review in a box above, but instead of seeing the document I am to compare it to, it just shows a solid light yellow box. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and rebooting my phone, but that hasn't helped.

    What happens when you mark it Unsure? Does it more on to a different name? Does this happen in every instance?

    If I mark unsure, it just goes to the next one which also has a yellow box.

    Perhaps you could go to transcription error and mark it unreadable?

    Look in the bottom right corner. It doesn't really look like a button. Just says transcription errors. Click on it and it will take you to a page so you can give information like unreadable and make comments on that indexed word.

    There is a little flag. When I click on it, it brings up not a person and Incorrect highlight. When I cl ick on that, it just goes on to the next item which also shows the yellow box. There is nothing else on the page except an i which brings up the instructions, but nothing like transcription errors. Thank you Ann for trying.

    @KathyJ , thank you for your feedback. I do not have an Android phone to try and replicate the issue. However, I will report the issues to the FamilySearch engineers. (Thank you, @annewandering , for troubleshooting and sharing possible solutions! It is much appreciated.)
