What do I do when I finish a batch?

after you have transferred information from batch record to the index form, how do you save your work to be reviewed? I can't find a " next" or" Submit" or "done" or "save" or "next batch" or anything to let me know my work is recorded and I am ready for another batch

If you have completed all of the entries, check to see if there are blank entries. Look at the top of the entry column. If it has for example, 15 of 40 it means there are still blank entries. You would then go to the trash can icon, click on delete all blank entries. At that point you should see submit batch at the bottom of your last entry. Click on that and the batch will be submitted and you will be ready to go to your next batch.

Most likely you have extra entry forms that need to be deleted. Go to the trashcan icon and "delete blank entries". You will find "submit batch" at the bottom of the last entry form.
