Who do I ask? I have taken 24 lines and that is the completed record, but "it" says there are 100 entries...I can't return the 24 lines how do I send my work in if I can't get down to 24 lines

If 24 lines/entries completes the record - delete the 76 extra empty lines/records (trashcan icon) - and then submit the batch.
The default amount the batch shows up with does not mean it matches the amount in the batch.
