I'm reporting another problem: item repeats

This is happening for California:

When the name is approved as a "match" or corrected, the same item comes immediately back again for the same approval or correction. I've seen it for other states too, but not as often as I'm seeing right now for California.

Here is the one I just did:

Update: I just did two more California documents and the problem did not occur!

I assume it's a program problem for all states!

I am having the same issue with Texas records...When you think you are actually doing 50 names, you are not because of the repeated verification over and over.

Are these getting reported to the powers that be in FS so we can all be more productive and less frustrated?

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, this is a known bug that has been reported to the engineers. They are actively working on resolving the issue. Thank you for your patience.

Firstly, thank you for taking so much time in addressing several of the issues that have been experienced since this "Get Involved" project was introduced.

Regarding this specific issue, it had been believed it related to a "deliberate" action by the developers, which was meant to "train the computer". However, you appear to be confirming this is due to a bug / glitch and the same item(s) should not have been coming back repeatedly. Hopefully, this problem will soon be sorted, as it has been exasperating a lot of users!
