Wisconsin Birth Records - cannot index record from outside date range

Hello,

I'm currently working on the project US, Wisconsin—Birth Records, Pre-1907. The project instructions say that all records should be indexed, including those outside the date range. I'm working on a batch that has a birth record from 1912. However, the system says that is an invalid birth year and will not let me submit it.

I assume either the instructions or the system is in error. Could someone at FamilySearch please take a look at this and fix it?

Thank you!

If you a member of the Church, @Teresa Arispe, you are privy to indexing and reviewing Wisconsin records. If the birth field will not accept 1912, I would mark the field blank and move on with submitting.

I had this issue this morning. I returned my batch with this issue. I’ll tag a couple people who may know a mod to tag or know what to do to help you. @Melissa S Himes @John Empoliti

That Wisconsin project appears to be restricted. I can't even find it in the project list. I don't know how to get you to the correct Group for help with this issue. There are several Wisconsin groups. However, the fact that you can index these records suggests that you are already a member of one of them. Look at the bottom of your Web Indexing page where it says Groups, and you should see the Group mentioned, maybe among others. Click on the most likely one, and you should see the Group Admins listed. Send one of them a message, and they should get you the help you need or tell you where to look.

    Thank you for your replies!

I am not a member of any Wisconsin groups. I don't even live in Wisconsin or anywhere near it. Maybe the project showed up in my list by mistake?
