My profile picture in settings won’t display correctly.
On the main Family Search site I can’t get my profile picture to display properly. In the editor for the the profile picture is show properly and allows me to change it but when I save it shows my profile picture rotated left. I tried rotating it in the editor to the right and save which then shows the picture correctly rotated by then is not centered properly. It is interesting that using the same picture for my profile picture on this community site it works properly. I will say that I am not sure why the profile for the main site and the community site are different.
Thanks

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing ...
You are not alone ...
I had recently raised, a matter ...
That there was a Problem/Issue, regarding the 'Portrait', in the "Profile' 'Tab', of our "Settings".
FamilySearch Help
'Category' = Family Search Account
HOME > FAMILYSEARCH HELP > FAMILYSEARCH ACCOUNT
Luckily ...
Although, there was NO acknowledgement of my 'Post'; nor, forwarding of my 'Post', on for attention, by the "Moderators" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" ( Personnel ) ] ...
The matter that I raised, appears to have been, SOMEWHAT, addressed/fixed ...
But, NOT, fully addressed/fixed ...
As, the 'Portrait', in my "Profile' 'Tab', of my "Settings", NOW, appears; as, my "Portrait", in my 'FamilySearch' Account; but. NOT; as, the my "Avatar", in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum; which, I would have expected.
But ...
That Said ...
There is definitely problems/issues, with regards to the "Requirements", of the 'Portrait', in the "Profile' 'Tab', of our "Settings".
I had to do, a great deal of "Experimenting" (eg. 'Fiddling'); BEFORE, I could get an acceptable "Portrait", in the "Profile' 'Tab', of our "Settings", correctly.
The FORMAT; and, File SIZE, of the "File", was NOT the problem/issue.
[ eg. As, I tried various, FORMATS; and, File SIZE, of the "File" ... it made NO difference ... ]
But, the actual "Physical" SIZE of the "File", does for some reason, appear to be a problem/issue.
I know, that this certainly does not help/assist; but, I wanted to let you know, that you are not alone.
