Does anyone look at the images before they are sent out to indexers?

There are lists of enlisted men that need to be retaken because the pictures are so blurry they aren't readily readable.

There are a lot that are blurry. The images cannot be retaken so we have to do the best we can. If you cannot read them please just send them back. There are indexers who are possibly able to use their equipment to be able to read these so let's let them do what they can.
