Recommended: audit of books on FHL floor 3

An audit of books on FHL floor 3 is recommended. Many books listed in the FS Catalog, marked as being available in Salt Lake City, are missing from the shelves. Many books are also mis-shelved (Delaware books in Virginia section, etc.).
