Why is it so hard to read documents in Memories?

I usually operate with more than one window open at a time.

I was trying to read a newspaper article, and the only way to get a scroll bar at the bottom of the image (to move it so it all showed) was to go to full screen.

WHY? The scroll bar should be there regardless.

can you point us at the PID of the person the item is attached to so we can take a look.

normally items are easily viewable - but sometimes there are some weird scenarios that cause issues.
