This batch consists of every one blocked. I cannot return it. It was sent to me to batch and had already been completed. It says contact HQ but not sure how to contact HQ. I don't think it is necessary to do the batch a third time only to need it sent out again.

    I can't open the batch M3LH-W11 - there is an error message.

    If you go to your "My Batches" - do you have the option to "manage"? From there you should have the option to return. Select the batch (click the box to get a checkmark) and then you SHOULD see "Return 1 selected batch."

    What @Áine Ní Donnghaile is saying should work. However, if it doesn't, the batch will return itself automatically in about 7 days.
