South Africa -Church membership records, which “event date” should be recorded?
There are several sections in the church membership page where dates are indicated. Many of the names in the batch have dates recorded in multiple places. Which is the correct date that should be recorded?
See images below…

I don't work on these, but, the example for How to Index A Membership Record shows to use the date from the column labelled Aangekom with the sub-heading Wanneer. So, I would use the date in those columns labeled Aangekom Wanneer.

Well, the reason I’m asking for clarification is because I am seeing dates in different sections, in some cases all sections. The project instructions only calls out one example, which is Aangekom (arrived).
My assumption would be that the LAST date on the form (for each individual record) should be used as this is the latest recorded event for the person whether they have arrived, proposed their faith, been accepted and/or departed…
If anyone else has experience on these records, please advise…
