Missing Name Information

I was working on the Johannesburg Cemetery records. Each record spans two pages. Several batches only have one page, leaving out the deceased's names. Should we index it without the names or do we mark it No Extractable Data?:

Hi @KathrynAS. I am unable to open the image that you sent. Would you post the batch number you are working on so that you can get the correct assistance? The batch number is found at the end of the Project title and looks like [xxxx-xxx] a mix of numbers and letters.

Thank you for taking the time to index these records.

We are not able to open the batch.

Based on the image you posted the page have has left out the deceased's names. It should be marked it No Extractable Data asper the Project instructions described in the following posting below.

    REPLACING my earlier comment.

Some of the records span two facing pages. The previous page would have the data that should be indexed except for possibly the cemetery name which might be at the top of the second/right-hand page.

Under Step 1: Images, select No, No Extractable Data. for pages like this without names. The indexer who gets the first/left-hand page will input the data. They might need to reference the second/facing page to get the Cemetery name.
