Hi, Suzanne thank you for reaching out through FamilySearch Community. As far as I can tell the address given in your post is a street name and doesn't refer to a specific town. If you type the address you've given into Google Maps it will come up with five possible locations. You are going to have to try to find out which city / town / village the factory was in. Not all of the newspapers that were in circulation at the time would have been available in all five possible locations. For the newspapers you should Google "List of Newspapers in the Netherlands" then choose which sub-headings seem most useful to find out which of them were in circulation in 1901. If it was a significant fire it will probably appear in all of them.
I hope this will send you off in the right direction, and you find the information you are seeking.
Kind Regards,
John L. Kennedy.

Thank you John, I had know idea it could be an address, yes it actually was in the district of Dolenstr in Arnhem. He lost his arm when he came too close to a piece of machinery. He was 16. I will look for the newspapers in that area, I would think that they wrote up something about the accident that almost took his life. I enjoy the research but never know where to start.
Thank you again,
Suzanne

You are entirely welcome. I hope you find what you're looking for. FH research certainly gets a hold of you and your ancestors become so important to you. They become part of you, and you of them. If you need any more help this is definitely the place to start.
Kind Regards,
