I have a picture that is in the wrong person's memory. How do I move it without deleting it?

The picture shows in a person's memory because it has been tagged to that person.
Here is an article from the Help Center giving instructions for removing or deleting tags. This does not remove the picture from your memories gallery, just from the person's memory page.
Here are some of the instructions from the article:
Steps (website)
- On FamilySearch.org, sign in and click Memories.
- In the drop-down menu, click Gallery.
- Click the photo or document that has the tag you want to edit or delete.
- In the People box on the right, click the down arrow of the tag to see these options:
- Delete if tag you created is linked to a wrong person:
- Click Delete Tag.
- Click Delete.
- Detach if tag was created by another user and linked to a wrong person:
- Click Detach from Family Tree.
- Enter a reason statement.
- Click Detach.
- Delete if tag you created is linked to a wrong person:
We hope this helps.

You should attach it to the correct person first if you intend to do so. Then follow the instructions above.
