Need help with a dater on a Monthly Roster. M32N-9Y3

The space for date is marked not reported. There is a date stamp but I am unable to read it.

Can anyone tell what it says?

The other option is the date in the body of the roster, Sept 24, 1918. That only refers to one person.

Suggestions?

Those ditto marks allow you to know that "assigned to Labor Co per Special Order 246 Sept 24 1918" applies to every individual. Since it is "any other applicable military date", I would use it!

@LarryClark43 on the stamp looks like a 14 and then possibly an 18. Under the stamp it shows the year 1918.
