"Ohio, Grave Registrations of Soldiers, 1810-1955",
How do I find out more about a collection?
"Ohio, Grave Registrations of Soldiers, 1810-1955", database, FamilySearch(https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:D6RC-2F2M : 9 November 2020), Harry Perchment, 1905.
This says there is a record for Harry Perchment, died in 1905.
There is only one Harry Perchment (very unique name) and he died in 1919.
How do I find out more about the database?
Thanks

@starkeypd Here is how you can learn more about a record collection:
From the collection search page, such as
Click How to Use This Collection just below the general description of the record collection. That link takes you to a Research Wiki article about the collection.

@starkeypd, it is difficult when you can only see the index record for Harry Perchment, as there is always a possibility that the index may have an error in it.
It appears that Fold3.com holds the card file that contains the grave registrations. There is a subscription fee for their site.
You can read more about the Ohio, Grave Registrations of Soldiers at the FamilySearch Wiki page below.

@starkeypd, just another thought. You might find ample evidence that supports or counters the information that you're seeing in the Ohio, Grave Registrations of Soldiers, 1810-1955 collection.
Using the FamilySearch option to Search historical records, you can find a number of military records that indicate that Harry Perchment died in October 1918. You can see the Search Results for Harry Perchment via the link below.
I hope that this will help as you evaluate the information related to your query.
