Why are films 700378 and 700379 not digitally available? (Edited title)

I see that that film 2423422 Item 3 has death records from 1977. I don't know what the privacy laws of Hungary are, but in most countries that is too recent to be published. If that is the case, then Items 1 and 2 also have to be taken offline.

Hungary's privacy laws allow access to birth records 90 years old or older, marriage records 60 years old or older, and death records 30 years old or older, thus currently up through years 1931, 1961 and 1991, respectively. So, 1977 deaths are not restricted.
Do note that FamilySearch currently restricts the whole roll if even one item on the roll is restricted.

Film 2423421 item 3 has Hereg marriages to 1947, and film 2423422 item 6 has Kesztölcz marriages to 1947. I don't know what privacy limits FS is currently applying to Hungarian records, but the insane "let's protect archivists from ever having to do any work whatsoever" interpretation of the convoluted current privacy law is 130/86/30 (See "Milyen években lehet az anyakönyvi másodpéldányokban kutatni?" at https://bparchiv.hu/kutatoknak), so maybe we don't really want to get anyone to dig too deeply into this.
(That FAQ page is from the Budapest City Archive. The National Archives still talks about some version of 30/60/90: https://mnl.gov.hu/mnl/ol/uj_kutatoknak#korl%C3%A1toz.)
