Can not read what note says on document. Need help reading what it says.
Hi, I needed help to figure out what this note says on this document. I can't figure out if this persons last name was Tillas or someother spelling.

It looks like it was incorrectly spelled Tillis, and there was a correction changing the i to an a. I would say Tillas. What comes after that I am not sure.
