▬ "Live" ('On-Line') "Chat" with 'FamilySearch' "Support" (ie. Through "Contact Us"); or,

▬ in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

That Said ...

In your "Fourth" 'Comment', that is a HOST "Server" problem/issue.

Often, one just have to WAIT, until such are resolved.

'FamilySearch' will most probably be aware of such.

But, regardless, it is STILL a matter of WAITING it out.

Sometimes, just a few Seconds/Minutes; whereas, sometimes a little longer ...

And, of course, redoing what one was doing ...

Has happened, in my 'locale', a few times, of late, for my Local HOST "Server" ...

Just my thoughts.

I know, that this certainly may not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective
