Can I add a picture to memories that is only viewable at a FHC?

I found some sources in a Church of Jesus Christ census and attached it to my sources but it is something that has to be viewed at a Family History Center. All the information is available but the record is not viewable. I needed it to prove ordinances for a deceased ancestor so I took a picture in case I needed to attach it. Since the original can only be viewed at a FHC, is the picture I took with my phone inappropriate to add the as a memory or document? The person with the source is Lowell McMurtrey PID L2TZ-863.

Thank you for posting in the Community. If you viewed it at the Family History Center but it is not available on FamilySearch, it is likely under a contract between the owner and FamilySearch, and is not to be uploaded to Memories. We are enclosing two article links to help clarify the issue. It is best to read both.

    Hope this helps
