I often find l.l written after the date of birth of the child. What does l.l mean?

I also often find e.l written after the mother's name. What does e.l mean? I have attached a sample image below.

Thanks

If the records are Roman Catholic, could the abbreviations be some sort of Latin abbreviations? I have a note that the abbreviation "L. C." stands for loco citato = in the place cited.

On this list https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Latin_Genealogical_Word_List e means out of, from

Could e l mean something like "from the [same] place"?

This is a guess, not actual knowledge.
