Where should I go to have these records re-indexed?
Hello!
I've recently been observing some Hungarian records, and I've noticed that many of them are incorrect (e.g., the record indexed here has indexed all the children as males, even though only about half of them are males). There is also a significant amount more of information on the records that has not been indexed (e.g. birthdate).
I guess highest priority would be to fix the errors. What can I do for this? Also, is there anyway to add a field like birthdate?

The collection - Hungary, Catholic church records - is published - so limited in Editing the Index. Names, baptism date/place and parent names appear to be only fields editable. You can edit these fields of a record's index by clicking the notepad icon to the left of the person's name on each row (click on the Image Index tab at bottom left when looking at the image).
There is not currently a way to add other fields to index - though in the future there might be.

The sexes used to be correct and the dates used to be complete in this collection. These errors were introduced at some point in the past year, maybe two. I believe they were caused by the same broad process that has mangled so many "event place" fields of late: an automated standardization routine employed in order to make these fields searchable as entities rather than as text.
FamilySearch, is anyone paying attention to the broad picture here? Whatever you've done lately, it ALL needs to be reverted and re-done, with a whole lot more human supervision this time.
