Can 'Research Help" be improved ?

I wonder whether the algorithm that provides suggestions can be improved. The following implies that it can.

Given that the target individual already had a death record attached, and it was in a different place than contained in the 'help', I'm mystified by the mechansim that has managed to concoct a link to the suggested record. Clearly there is some spooky action at a distance at work here. If only we had an Einstein to cast doubt upon it.

    I believe the record is appearing as a hint because of the exact matching birth date.
