Memories only showing up in Preview?

Hello! I have been adding my grandmother's collection of funeral programs to family search. I have several duplicates, so I have returned to see some of the work I uploaded previously. When I go to a person's Memories section, I can see the preview of what I uploaded (in these cases I filled it under Documents), but when I click on the thumbnail, the page loads, but the document viewer is blank.

Am I doing something wrong? Either in the upload step, or now? I have discovered that if I download the document I can see it all, but why not on the webpage?

For example I have had this problem with Mariam Ellis (KWCF-X1B) and Beth Hintze (KWCK-958). Both of the things I uploaded are the only documents there.

We are sorry that you are having problems. Looking at the document memories of Mariam Ellis 6 September 1910 – 15 February 1984 KWCF-X1B, we see a funeral program. When clicked on, we are able to see the entire program. You said that when you click on the thumbnail, it is blank.

Have your tried to delete cookies and cache? Have you tried using a different browser? Screen shots would be helpful. Please send a message to me with screen shots of what you are seeing on your computer. It will enable us to have a better understanding of what is happening.

It may simply be related to a slow computer or a slow internet connection..

yes you should be able to see anything yu have uploaded - without having to download it.
