Where you able to find knowledge articles that can help to answer your questions? In the help center type FHAR in the search bar and you should be able to see 6 articles related to the report. If you need further help please let us know..

FYI
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Just in passing ...
I believe, that this 'Comment', in another recent 'Post', actually provides the 'Answers', to your 'Questions' ...
Regarding "Changes" to the "Family History Activity Report" (FHAR) ...

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

Brett, thank you for finding an answer. I'll look to see if they have provided a simpler explanation in the knowledge article. Nevertheless, I appreciate you taking the time to do this for me. I've already passed this along to others who are questioning the same thing. You're my hero for the day.

After Brett answered my question, I wanted additional information. Sometimes the knowledge article updates don't keep up with recent changes, but I already knew how to search for articles so that's what I did. I was delighted to see that there, indeed, was a new knowledge article that answered the question perfectly. So, genbug08, even though I'd already located the article previously, some other guest(s) will benefit from your reminder on how to better use the Help Center. The article is entitled, "Change to the Family History Activity Report (FHAR)."
