How do I help someone virtually

If someone gives me the batch number they are working on....where do I enter it so I can see it to help them?

    You can also open a shared batch while you have your own batch open.

    Click the gear icon (after My Batches on the Web Indexing page - Enter the shared batch code. Example: MMMS-83P)> Open Shared Batch. That's one way ...

    Unfortunately, though, you won't be able to look at reference images when you open a shared batch. That can make it challenging to help when certain critical information might be on those images.
