from january 2022 until now, i experienced trouble in loading every batch that I want to index. what should i do?
What is the error/problem? Maybe include a screenshot of the problem here?

You state you are having trouble loading every batch you want to index. Here are a few things you can try since we are uncertain of the exact problem you are having.
If you haven't cleared your cookies and temp files, that could be causing a problem. Also change browsers and see if that will help the issue. There have been no other reports and I am having no issues. If this doesn't help, please let us know what batches you are trying to load. Also, make sure you are going to Web Indexing and Find a Batch and not trying to download a batch from "Find a Project". Once in a while that will give problems. We hope that this has helped.
@Daine Sheen Magsano Paragas , by some chance are you trying to index using an iPad? If so, there is another thread stating they are unable to load batches. What they are stating there may be helpful also.
