Compare a face - no portraits?
Hi, I've created a small tree and added portraits to a couple of people to try out compare a face. When I look at the tree I can see the pictures have replaced the default icons against the correct person so all looks good. However, when I try compare a face I get: "Looks like you don't have any portraits in your tree yet" What am I missing? Thanks

Thanks Basford P A, but I am not seeing any errors. I've attached an image of part of my tree showing the people whose photos I have uploaded, the image of the person I am trying to compare, and an image of the message received.

Thanks to Peter for this reply however I don't see any errors. Here are 3 images: my tree showing two photos I've added, the image I am trying to match and the message I get.

Thanks for replying Peter however I am not getting any errors and I can see the Photos ok in the appropriate person page and in their thumbnail. (I've tried attaching images to his post but that doesn't seem to have worked)

My ancestors FamilySearch pages back 5 or 6 generations all have pictures in the portrait circles. However, when I do the Compare-a-Face activity, I get comparisons with my ancestors, but some don't show the portrait. The comparison shows a percentage and the name of the ancestor, but no picture. I've even replaced some of the portrait pictures, but still the picture does not appear in the Compare-a-Face activity. I had one ancestor whose portrait picture did appear in Compare-a-Face, until I replaced the portrait. Now the new portrait does not appear. This activity is broken. Who do we contact to get some answers?
