Why aren't any batches loading?
I am using an HP laptop with Chrome. The help articles indicate that Chrome is the suggested browser. I haven't indexed for several months but was quite active for a while. Why aren't the batches loading? I tried US, Canada and Italy. None worked.

You might need to do a little housekeeping by clearing your browser and cookies.
