Per project instructions: "Some lists span multiple images. You may need to view the first page of the record to get the military date."

I know how to access previous/next images and have used it many times to get the military date. However, I only can view the previous 5 and the next 5. If the record is longer than 5 pages I need to be able to go back more further in order to find the correct date. Is there a way to view additional previous pages? It seems a shame to mark the date blank when I know the date is there but I'm unable to access it.

    @Heather James - Would you please post the batch number, please? That will help members who know more than I do help you more easily.

    @Heather James

    i have encountered batches with muster rolls or rosters so gigantic that the first page and last page were not within the scope of the batch and 10 adjacent images. In a case like that you must Ctrl+B (<Blank>) the Military Date fields for all soldiers listed who don’t have their own military date attached to their name.

    But by indexing the names - even those without military dates - you will draw Researchers to the batch image, and they can do what you as an Indexer using the Web Indexing program cannot - explore beyond those 11 images and find the first page and the roll or roster date if they wish.
