Problems with the "Germany, Lutheran Baptisms, Marriages, and Burials, 1500-1971" Index/Image

First of all, shout out to all the wonderful indexers!!! We appreciate you so much!

There are, however, consistent problems with the "Germany, Lutheran Baptisms, Marriages, and Burials, 1500-1971" collection. The images do not match the indexed information. How do I report it?

My latest example:

Catharina Tugendreich Bochowski  G6M3-D48

We were excited to find a record hint from the above collection for Catharina. However, the image attached to the indexing for Catharina's 1798 birth/baptism is not even close. The film that comes up is 105483888, image # 178, which appears to be births and baptisms in 1820 and not 1798. Usually the images in the collection are one image off from what are given, but this time it is completely wrong.

Mike V. had to search the location in the catalogue, find the correct film and then browse it to find the baptism so he could attach it. It wasn't even in the same film!

This happens quite often. Please advise how we can get this corrected. Thank you for your time.
