Why I can't see "This record came from this set of images...' when viewing from home?

I added an indexed christening record hint to Elizabeth Charles Burnhope 9JWL-XBX.

I tried to find the source on FamilySearch. After which, I called FamilySearch support, Historical Records. She had a blue box on the right hand side of the record. "This record came from this set of images. You will need to look through several images to find this record. Browse the film." My view did not have the blue box.

When looked at this record at our Family History Center, it had the blue box.

Why is the blue box not shown when viewed outside of the Family History Center? The films may be restricted outside of the FHC but there should be some indication that I can go and browse it at FHC.

I did find the record and it stated that she was a convert and listed her spouse and age.

Thank you FamilySearch😊

If you access the digitized film from the catalog, rather than from a name search, you will see the message that the record can be viewed at an FHC or affiliate library.

Thank you, that would work if I knew the film number. Found a record that had the blue box and I could view the record from the house. I don't if it has to due with only the film that are restricted.

The DGS number, which correlates to the film number, is at the top of your screenshot. That's how I knew where to look.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

This is ANOTHER place, that you could find, the Film/DGS Number, of that particular "Source" (ie. "Index") ...

    Pictorially ...

    Which, results in ...

I hope, that this may also help/assist, somewhat.
