NY Trust Deeds - wife of Grantor
I know we have to make another entry if the wife is listed; however, If the Grantee lists his wife, do we make 4 entries?
1 John Doe -- Fred Astaire 2 John Doe -- Nancy (BLANK)
3 Debbie Doe -- Fred Astaire 4 Debbie doe -- Nancy (BLANK)

It is much better if you share the batch to get the most accurate answer. To do that, simply post in the comments the batch code which is the series of letters and numbers in brackets after the project title. [XXXX-XXX]
There is no project called NY Trust Deeds and every project has different instructions. But, generally the instruction on Land Records is that when multiple grantees or grantors are listed for a single transaction, we create a separate record for each one. If the wife does not have a surname attached to her name, then the surname would be blank.
From seeing what you have posted, you have done this correctly creating 4 entries for a transaction where
John and Debbie Doe sold their estate to Fred Astaire and his wife, Nancy.

That does. Sorry I didn't pay attention to the name of the batch, but you guessed correctly what I was talking about. I completed the batch but I only listed the wife, Debbie once. I will do that in the future. Thank you.
