Grantee names or organization names most important?

In working with land, deed records, I find given names with surnames with a trailing suffix such as Inc for a corporation or Tr for a trust. Since the given and surnames is the object of the indexing, I am unsure if the names should be recorded in the separate name columns or the trust or corporation name listed in the column for organization. Let me know what is appropriate.
