why does it say I am not authorized to work on a batch if I have worked on that kind of batch before
Did you sign in? You can access certain parts of family search with out signing in. Hope this is helpful.
Try getting another batch and see if you can work on that batch. Sometimes we leave a batch up and the program signs us out, then you could try signing in again. But, it usually doesn't give you a warning like that if you are not signed in.
If you can't get another batch to work on, you might need to do some computer housekeeping and clear your FS cookies, check your browser, etc.
