Signing in to Family Search
Is there an easy way to go directly to an individual you have researched or intended to research when you sign in to Family Search. I usually get where I want to go but know I must be taking a very long road to get there. An answer or a recommended tutorial would be very helpful. Thank you. Gary Mullarkey

one option is just to use a book mark
note how the browser address changes as you navigate from one person to the next in FamilyTree
You can go directly to that person by going to the browser address of that page
you can COPY that browser address either to a bookmark or copy and paste to a research log file etc.

in the above link they say "SITE" - but actually what you are bookmarking is not a SITE per se - but rather you are bookmarking a specific PAGE of a site.
note the above is simply a function of your web browser and not FamilySearch per se
another option is to use the FOLLOW option built into FamilySearch
https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/can-i-follow-an-individual-in-family-tree
you can then view your "FOLLOW" list by this link:
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/following/
another way is to keep track of the PID for the person in question
you will note that the bookmark/url for every person is actually the same except for one portion of it which is the PID
here is a link for my grandmother
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/KWZZ-P45
note the last few characters: /KWZZ-P45
(the PID of the person)
you can replace those characters with the PID of another person and you will have the direct link for that person.
