Where are my CASE files? How can I continue to do this?

As a regular - daily/hourly - user of FamilySearch, I'd like to please request the capability to have my interactions with FamilySearch recorded in a "CASE" file, accessible by myself and the FamilySearch staff, similar to the previous "CASE" capability. Where are all my previous CASE file history? Thank you.

    @akshazza

    FYI

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

    You are not alone ...

    Wouldn't we all ...

    Sorry ...

    SADLY ...

Short Answer(s): Gone; In/Through this Forum; Unfortunately, NOT going to happen; and, (Again) Gone ...

Early LAST Year (2021), the 'Third Party', Software Platform, on which, the 'FamilySearch' "Support" Case (Management) System worked, is NOW, for whatever reason, NO LONGER available to 'FamilySearch'.

And, it happened, almost, 'All of a Sudden' ...

NO time, to really PLAN, for a 'Successor' ...

"My Cases" [ie. Our OWN (Personal) "Support" Cases] ... can NO LONGER be, accessed; seen; and/or, viewed.

For 'all intents and purposes' ... they have GONE.

And, it appears, they may most likely will NOT / NEVER be 'resurrected'.

Perhaps, 'FamilySearch', MAY have been able to "Download", the OLD 'FamilySearch' "Support" Cases; BEFORE, the FINAL demise, into some Format, that can be accessed/interrogated, by them; as, at least, something to look through/at; as, a "Backup" - you never know.

    Hopefully ...

IF, 'FamilySearch' does have some form of a "Backup"; THEN, hopefully, 'FamilySearch' may reconsider; and, "My Cases" [ie. Our OWN (Personal) "Support" Cases] MAY, somehow, be 'resurrected', in some form or other.

[ But, I would humbly suggest, that such is highly unlikely ... ]

We can but live in hope ...

As, MANY; Many; many, of us STILL had ACTIVE "Support" Cases; and/or, often, REOPENED, "Support" Cases that have NOT been Finalized.

    As an side ...

IF, like me, you still have, your OLD "E-Mails", from 'FamilySearch' "Support", that is one way of ascertaining the details from OLD 'FamilySearch' "Support" Cases (and, Case Numbers), to reference - if needs be.

    And ...

Due, to the unfortunate recent 'Demise', of the 'FamilySearch' "Support" Case Management System, early LAST Year ( 2021); and, with NO immediate alternative (ie. "System"), the 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel), were basically "Moved" 'holus-bolus' (ie. Included) into the MIX of, this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

Please be, aware; and, advised, that ...

Depending upon, one's location in the World ...

Many of us, can still contact, 'FamilySearch' "Support', via/through:

    (1) the Telephone; and/or,

    (2) a "Live" ('On-Line') "Chat"

Here is a "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':

    Contact Us

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/contact-us

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/contact-us

    Whereas ...

    Nowadays ...

Much of the contact, with with 'FamilySearch' "Support", is via/through this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum

This "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, was originally established, a number of Years ago, on the premise of:

    Users/Patrons, HELPING / ASSISTING, Users/Patrons ...

And, this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, has been operating, quite successfully, for all those many Years.

The RECENT addition, of 'FamilySearch' "Support", into this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, has greatly INCREASED, both, the STRENGTH; and, the DEPTH, of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    But ...

    That Said ...

It really is a 'strange new world' ...

    NO 'FamilySearch' "Support" Cases ...

Basically, everything, now, communication, though; "Posts" (in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum); as well as; or, supported by, ("Private") 'Messages' (in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum); and, "E-mails" ...

This "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, works; and, needs to be embraced ...

    Just my thoughts.

I know, that this certainly does not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective.

    @akshazza

    FYI

Do not concern yourself, too much. with the, "Points"; and, "Badges" ...

The, "Points"; and, "Badges", just indicate how "Active", one is in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    Nothing more, nothing less ...

I have a number of, "Points"; and, various "Badges"; but, that is ONLY because, I am quite "Active", in the Forum, mainly just helping/assisting in 'Answering' (ie. responding to) many posts, in this Forum.

The more, one participates, in this Forum, the more , "Points"; and, various "Badges", that one will amass.

Certainly, nothing very significant, just a way of engaging with one, to encourage one to Participate.

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    Brett
