In my Wright family tree which goes to Thomas Wright 1350. Today in family search, tn the tree mode, you have the line stopping at Henry Wright # L2BV-VMC. I have no idea where that came from, he is shown as tthe father of John Wright # LCFM-6T9. That is not correct. If you will go to the personal profile of John Wright you will find that his father is Sir Thomas Wright #GDFR-L3T, which is correct. With him in place instead of Henry, then the line goes back to 1350. Please make the chaange!!

It would be so helpful if we could have our personal trees without everyone from the international date line to the international date line and form the North Pole to the South Pole changing it. I spend more time correcting than I do researching.

@Austin C. Hinkle This is a collaborative tree. If you really want your own private tree, you can use Ancestry or another product. So the solution to your problem is extremely simple. When you look at the son, John Wright of Brook Hall (LCFM-6T9), you can see two parents that you talked about. Please click the parent you prefer and that will change the lineage so it goes back. See my screen shot below.
