Database bugfix: places with doubled comma (,)

Hello.

I was asked to fix up nonstandard place names, 10 a batch. I quickly realised that they are all "correct", except they all have contained two commas as the last one, like

Debrecen, Hajdu-Bihar County,, Hungary

Removing the extra comma made it wunderful again.

Now, this would be much easier to fix on the database side, it wastes human resources for a mechanical task.

I'd actually rather spend ten minutes trying to figure out the difference between "Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kiskun" and "Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kis-Kun" than deal with entire films assigned to the wrong place by an automated process.

Or, to put it another way, FS does not have a good track record in the "automated fixes" department, and I'd rather not encourage them to apply them anywhere.
