When I am in memories and click the blue label like previous or next 1 times , then it freeze.

What can I do to fix this.? It doesn't work even if I go completely out and come back in. It sometimes just starts working again, but not too long.

I have called family search help, and they say wait a couple days. It has been a week and it is still doing it.

I can go into my brother's family search as a helper and it works.

I clean out my family search cookies .

Then went to %temp% and removed the temporal stuff.

Then I did the disc cleaning and restarted my computer. It still has the same problem.

Have you tried updating your Browser to the latest version?

Have you tried to run Windows Updates until you have a fully current operating system value?
